Boot Overview
Fit
Last: 100 mm – This boot features a medium last suitable for average foot width and volume. It's designed for comfort but can be adjusted to approximately 106mm in the forefoot using the custom heat molding process.
Custom Shell HD – Salomon's renowned heat molding technique streamlines the boot-fitting process, and the latest Custom Shell HD version is even faster. Its innovative construction, with thinner walls and new materials, brings your foot closer to the shell, providing heightened sensitivity, increased power, and improved energy transfer.
Flex
Flex: 110 – Engineered with a very stiff flex, this boot caters to aggressive and expert skiers who demand precise control.
Liner
My Custom Fit 4D Pro Liner with Walk Function – Equipped with lace loops, this liner offers a customizable and comfortable fit, ideal for extended skiing sessions. It also includes a walk function for added convenience during off-slope activities.
Shell Materials
Shell – Crafted from Polyurethane with a Fiberglass CoreFrame and Sensift Insert, this construction combines durability and performance.
Cuff – Composed of Polyolefin with a Polyamide Spine, enhancing overall support and responsiveness.
Core-Frame Construction – This design incorporates a thinner-walled Sensitive Shell reinforced by the Core-Frame element. It runs from maleolus to maleolus under the midfoot, providing stiffness without adding significant weight. The result is precise terrain feedback and maximum power transmission to the ski edges.
Ski/Walk Mode
Surelock Ski Walk Mechanism – Positioned at the same level as the upper buckle, this low-profile walk lever promotes swift transitions between skiing and walking modes.
Buckles
4 Micro-Adjustable Aluminum 3D Buckles – The instep buckle offers three different positions for optimum in-step comfort, customization, and personalized foot hold. Additionally, two hiking hooks on the cuff's buckles expand your range of motion and mobility when in hike mode, enhancing comfort during ascents.
Power Strap
