The 2024 Blizzard Rustler 11 Skis represent a pinnacle of innovation and performance, tailored for freeride enthusiasts seeking versatility and excitement. These skis boast an ample 112mm waist width, making them an excellent choice for powder aficionados while still holding their own on groomed trails. The Rustler 11's Carbon Flipcore technology ensures remarkable stability without adding unnecessary weight, resulting in a responsive and agile ski. Whether you're floating through powder or charging down challenging terrain, the Rustler 11 offers the ideal blend of power and playfulness. Its rockered tip and tail facilitate smooth turn initiation and exit, giving you the confidence to explore any snow condition. With the 2024 Blizzard Rustler 11 Skis, your skiing adventures will reach new heights, whether you're seeking untouched powder stashes or carving fresh lines on the mountain.

Rocker Type:

  • Rocker Camber Rocker: This ski features a Rocker Camber Rocker profile, which combines rocker at the tip and tail with camber in the middle. This design reduces pressure on the edge at the tip and tail, making the ski easier to handle and increasing flotation on powder snow. The camber in the middle ensures excellent grip on packed snow.

Core:

  • TrueBlend Freeride Core: The ski is equipped with a TrueBlend Freeride Core, which is a uniquely balanced blend of Beech, Poplar, and Paulownia woods. This core is tailored to the performance needs of each Rustler or Sheeva ski. It allows for precise tuning of flex and is designed to enhance performance.

Laminates:

  • FluxForm: The ski incorporates FluxForm, which consists of two pieces of Titanal running the length of the ski on either side and tapering toward the extremities of the ski. A separate Titanal plate underfoot is also included in this construction. This design allows for precise edge grip and dampening underfoot while enabling the tips and tails to flex freely. The amount of metal used in FluxForm can vary according to the specific model, with the Rustler 9 using more metal than the 10 or 11.

Sidewalls:

  • Sandwich Compound Sidewall: These skis are constructed with a Sandwich Compound Sidewall, which is a feature of most Blizzard skis, except for some junior skis. ABS or Phenol sidewalls are used in this construction for superior performance, including stability, power transmission, handling, and durability.

Base:

  • Sintered Graphite Base: The ski is equipped with a Sintered Graphite Base, known for its exceptional waxing properties and long service life.

Binding Compatibility: For bindings, it is recommended to select a brake width that matches the ski waist width or is at most 15 mm wider. This ensures a proper fit and compatibility between the skis and bindings, enhancing overall performance and safety.
