Shipping & Delivery
We know that, wherever you may be in the world, tomorrow might just be the most epic powder day of your life. And you're going to want your fresh gear for it. That's why we provide options.
Domestically, we ship all packages via UPS. Our most inexpensive option is UPS ground, which generally leaves our store within 2 business days of purchase and takes 3-5 days to arrive at your doorstep. We also offer UPS 3 day, 2nd day, and Next Day Shipping, which we'll ship within 24 hours of purchase on business days. Please refer to product pages for shipping estimates. Promotional 'Free Shipping' offers will ship via the least expensive option available, at our discretion.
Please note that during the off-season, April-August, our processing time increases and orders may take up to three business days to ship. Please call us to arrange or confirm faster shipment.
At the current time we are not accepting orders from outside of North America. We still appreciate all international customers looking at our site and hopefully visiting us her in Durango in the near future.
Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, we’ll gladly take it back for a full refund or ship you an exchange at no charge, provided it’s still in new condition with all tags and any accessories that might have been included. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance, except in the event of Ski Barn error. There can be a 15% restocking fee if all of the above criteria are not met.
Ski boots must be returned in NEW condition, unused and not heat molded. They must also be returned with any tags, booklets, tools, and accessories that were included. There will be no credit issued if there are any signs of wear.
If we’ve somehow shipped you the wrong product, please give us a call before returning as we’d be happy to pay the return shipping fee.
To return an item to us, please take the following steps:
- Fill out the return/exchange form included with your package. Be sure to include your order # and reason for return.
- If you’d like an exchange, we recommend that you purchase it off the website immediately to ensure availability—we’ll credit you back your payment the moment we receive your return.
- Package the gear, including all original tags and your return/exchange form.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Ski Barn accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Unfortunately we cannot accept mailed-in checks or cash, although you are welcome to pick up and pay for your gear at our Durango location.
We do our best to keep our inventory and prices current, but cannot guarantee prices or availability. If for any reason we must change or are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately prior to making any changes.
