The contemporary Black Snowboard of Death features a slightly wider frame with tighter sidecut arcs and introduces Death Grip™—a reverse sidecut arc in the midsection. Rocker Type: Alpine V1 Profile – The ALPINE V1 Profile combines mid-body camber with a flat tail and a reverse cambered nose. This design provides pop and stability on hard pack while increasing float and landing power for better performance in deep snow. The camber runs longer in the tail, offering extra power for ascents or larger riders.
Flex: Directional Flex
Flex Rating: 6.5 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) – This snowboard has a directional flex rating of 6.5, offering a medium-stiff flex pattern for a balance between stability and maneuverability.
Shape: New Age Directional – NEW AGE DIRECTIONAL sidecuts are progressive sidecuts, which incorporate a reverse sidecut arc in the midsection of the board. This allows for control throughout the turn and is referred to as DEATH GRIP™.
