Product Details
Rocker Type: EST All-Mountain Rocker – This ski is equipped with rocker in combination with tapered sidecuts at the tip and tail to provide flotation in soft snow and enhanced turn-shape forgiveness. Underfoot, camber ensures reliable edge-hold on hard-packed snow.
Flex: Flex (1=Soft, 10=Stiff) – Tip: 8 | Mid: 8 | Tail: 6
Core: Caruba Core – Armada employs its lightest wood species, Caruba, to achieve the best uphill experience while retaining the necessary power and dampness for descending in challenging terrains. This core doesn't compromise on the quest for being ultralight.
Laminates: Articulated Titanal Banding (ATB) – Featuring a titanal layer, this ski gains extra horsepower with uncompromising performance. An elastic compound layer facilitates easy turn entry while compressing and releasing even more energy from the turn compared to a traditional titanium layer.
Sidewalls: AR100 Sidewall – Offering superior edge grip for precision even on the hardest snow surfaces.
Base: Comp Series Base – This sintered UHMW polyethylene base, reinforced with carbon, enhances speed and durability on snow.
Edges: 2.1 All-Mountain Edge – These edges are heat-treated to maintain durability while avoiding excess weight. They strike the best balance between durability and the desired feel, as seen in Armada's entire collection.
Binding Compatibility: It is recommended to use bindings with a brake width that is equal to or at most 15mm wider than the ski's waist width.
